We can design and host the site for you or you can use your existing site

For the site, designed by us, you can chose between different model sites, in WordPress, in Sitely (ex Sparkle) - the most modern mac website designer, or in classic XARA webdesign. We embed online survey (data collected by you by email). You include your own indicators for the survey. We provide the results in csv format. We provide you with ready report template (just change the numbers and the report is ready, if you prefer so).
